Institutional Marketing Manager, Journals

The Institutional Marketing Manager, Journals is an experienced marketing professional with a proven ability to develop agency-quality creative and guidance for all Journals marketing pieces. This candidate should be experienced in planning, executing, and tracking the performance of campaigns that include digital and print media.

Primary responsibilities include the development of promotional materials for institutional clients. These include advertising and convention exhibit campaigns; direct mail and direct response communications; e-mail and Web promotions; press releases; and branding and positioning campaigns. The Manager should be creative, work well in occasionally high-pressure situations, be organized, proactive, analytical, and be comfortable leading and coordinating. Duties include, but are not limited to, concept development, project budget maintenance, writing, editing and proofreading. They should also contribute to the department’s corporate strategy and business development efforts, as required by the SVP. 


Principal responsibilities will be to:

  • Establish and articulate marketing campaigns, strategies, and objectives to internal clients and team members.
  • Advise senior staff on engagement trends and future campaigns that need to be created/executed.
  • Direct creative production of marketing assets through initial concept, and copywriting, while collaborating with the Creative Director, the Art Director, and their teams for asset execution.

Work experience requirements:

Part-Time Digital Advertising Coordinator

Program Manager


This fast-paced position is responsible for managing all aspects of industry expert theaters/live events from inception to completion.  Healio Strategic Solutions is looking for a team member who is quick thinking, solution driven and loves to travel.  The primary aspect of the Program Manager is to oversee and ensure the success of sponsored industry expert theaters through working with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing/design, IT) as well as clients and faculty.  Collaboration and strong communication skills are a must for this role.

The Program Manager is responsible for budget maintenance and reconciliation, managing external suppliers, keeping programs on time and focused on primary objectives, providing ongoing updates to internal team members and client contact(s), and management. Program Management

The UX Designer will lead creative design efforts from concept through completion. The role of the Vice President, Sales and Marketing, SLACK Books is to conceptualize, implement, and execute all sales and marketing activities to support the organization’s three central goals. These are: selling books, building relationships with customers that support sales and adoptions, and cultivating relationships with authors, approving projects and producing content types that maximize sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Technical Skills: Advance level knowledge of all Microsoft programs. Comfort level in working in DEC, CRM, Certify, Selligent, Blueconic and Pointilist.
