SLACK Incorporated Announces Winner of The Journal of Continuing Education in Nursing’s Innovation Award
Thorofare, NJ – SLACK Incorporated is excited to announce the winner of The Journal of Continuing Education in Nursing’s 3rd annual Innovation Award.
The winning article, "Immersion Scenarios Bridge the Education–Practice Gap for New Graduate Registered Nurses," appeared in the July 2013 issue of The Journal of Continuing Education in Nursing, vol. 44, issue 7, pages 319-325.

Ms. Mowry is Coordinator of Simulation & Skills and Mr. Crump was Behavioral Health Network Educator, Seton Healthcare Family, Austin, Texas.
This award recognizes excellence in writing and evidence of the expansion and/or dissemination of knowledge in the field of nursing professional development related to creativity and innovation, innovative educational strategies, evaluation methodologies, documentation of changes in practice, or contributions to the development of new knowledge. According to Lynore D.
