Healio.com Selected to Pilot New Sitecore Data Platform
Thorofare, NJ – Healio.com, by The Wyanoke Group, has been chosen by Sitecore to participate in their early access program for its Sitecore Experience Database. The new database is a repository designed to collect and connect user data to create enhanced customer experiences in real time.
Healio is a clinical news, information and education site designed exclusively for specialty healthcare professionals worldwide.
“With the launch of Healio.com, we used our CRM system to offer a base level of personalization for our users. However, we are finding significant limitations as we want to deliver more relevant personalization," stated Linda Baker, Chief Technology Officer of The Wyanoke Group. “With the Sitecore Experience Database, we will be able to build truly relevant and personalized experiences for healthcare professionals, in order to achieve deeper engagement on our site.”
Currently, data on interactions and engagements can be accessed through a number of different resources but can be challenging to form a single, 360-degree view of online customers. The Sitecore Experience Database is designed to view the complete user experience through one platform.
