- Jack Kriegsman, MD, comments:
So
far I have not found any amount of helpful information on
orthopedic@weston.com. I am, however, finding out about the lack of orthopedic
knowledge that some orthopedists have, and so glibly try to add their
"knowledge" to the many questions that are asked by equally unknowledgeable
orthopedists. It is really sad to find out that there are a number of
orthopedists out there who have such a poor understanding of standard
orthopedic principles. Other sites such as
http://www.slackinc.com/bone/orthonet.htm have not been helpful except for
obtaining information that was incorrect. I haven't had the time to surf
through many other sites other than orthopedic groups pushing their wares and
services, but I have my doubts of finding much that would prove to be helpful
to orthopedic surgeons. Some of the information may be misleading to the public
that has access to all of these sites.
