114th Annual Meeting of AMSUS

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the AMSUS Meeting, to be held November 9-14, 2008 in San Antonio, Texas. Please use the links below to access the Exhibitor Prospectus that is appropriate for your company or organization.

Sustaining Member booth assignments will begin April 1 on a first come first served basis. The shaded area of the Expocad floorplan is being held for Sustaining Member companies. If you are a Sustaining Member and you would like to be located within this area, please submit your exhibit space application no later than June 2. After that time the space will be released for general sales.

Commercial Exhibitors will be assigned on a first come first served basis outside the Sustaining Member area until June 2, after which all space will be assigned on a first come first served basis.

Agency Exhibitors will be assigned booth space beginning September 2.

ALL EXHIBITORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, FOR THE BEST SELECTION OF SPACE.
