Please review the floor plan very carefully when filling out your exhibit space application. The outlined area of the floor plan is being held for Sustaining Member booth assignments only until June 5. SM companies will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis inside the SM area of the floor plan until June 5. Commercial companies may request booth space outside of the SM area only, and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. After June 7, all commercial and SM exhibiting companies will be assigned in the order in which completed applications are received. Agency exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis beginning on August 23.
ALL EXHIBITORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT THEIR APPLICATIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR THE BEST SELECTION OF SPACE.
Please note that exhibit hall hours have changed to provide you with more unopposed time with the attendees! Poster sessions will also be in the exhibit hall this year, increasing traffic to your booth space.
