Please review the floor plan very carefully when filling out your exhibit space application. The shaded area of the floor plan is being held for Sustaining Member booth assignments only until June 5. SM companies will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis inside the SM area of the floor plan until June 5. Commercial companies may request booth space outside of the SM area only, and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. After June 5, all commercial and SM exhibiting companies will be assigned in the order in which completed applications are received. Agency exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis beginning on August 14.
ALL EXHIBITORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT THEIR APPLICATIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR THE BEST SELECTION OF SPACE.
Please note that there has been no increase in booth space pricing for 2009. AMSUS understands the economic hardships that have affected many in our country in recent months. We want to ensure that all exhibitors are able to attend the meeting this year; and so have held the pricing to make that possible.
