Force Labor
All exhibit materials must be unpacked and displays completed by 12 noon on Sunday, August 8 to permit the removal of empty crates and cartons from the exhibit floor. This will help expedite the time required for the laying of the aisle carpet and cleaning of the exhibit hall. Any exhibitor not unpacked and set up by this time will be ordered set up by the Exhibit Management – all costs incurred will be at the exhibitor’s expense.
Tipping
Freeman requests that exhibitors do not tip any employees. Any request for such should be brought to the attention of a Freeman Representative at the Freeman Service Center.
Safety
Standing on chairs, tables or other rental furniture is prohibited. Freeman cannot be responsible for injuries or falls caused by improper use of this furniture. If assistance is required in assembling your booth, please order labor on the Display Labor order form and the necessary ladders and tools will be provided.
