Exhibit Categories and Cost of Space

All linear booths will include an 8' draped back-wall and 36" side railings along with a 44" by 7" booth identification sign stating company name, city, state, and booth number. The American Association of Nurse Anesthetists will provide the following services with exhibit space rental:
  • Around-the-clock security service beginning with set-up and concluding after all freight has been removed
  • Unlimited exhibitor badges
  • Two guest badges per 10' x 10' booth
  • Admission to educational sessions on a space available basis
  • Admission to the Opening Ceremonies
  • Admission to the Party With a Purpose
  • Exhibitors’ lounge with complimentary refreshments
  • A listing in the AANA Official Program and Exhibitor Directory


Not-For-Profit Career Advancement Exhibits

$2,300 per 10' x 10' in-line or corner booth

This category includes not-for-profit hospitals and universities whose only focus is to recruit nurse anesthetists. A special exhibit fee and booth package is offered under this category and therefore a copy of your 501(c)3 status must accompany your application.

For-profit recruitment entities do not qualify for the special exhibit fee/package including government agencies/hospitals.

Not-For-Profit Career Advancement booths are furnished with booth carpeting, a 6' draped table, two chairs and a wastebasket. Those companies who desire a different color carpet or additional furnishings may make special requests. The company is then responsible for the costs.

This is what Show Management provides each 10' by 10' booth space. This will be in your booth on the first day of set-up.

Non-Commercial Exhibits

$350 per 10' x 10' in-line or corner booth

A non-commercial exhibit is defined as educational, informational and/or scientific in nature, represented and conducted by a non-profit, voluntary organization and/or individual. The purpose of the exhibit must be to provide a forum for the exchange and/or presentation of data that fosters progress in anesthesia.

In order for a non-commercial exhibit to be eligible for a reduced fee, it must not display or promote any material or opportunity that will result in revenue for or enhancement of the organization, facility, institution or individual.

Technical and Publisher Exhibits

This category includes for-profit companies whose primary focus is to introduce new product lines, display products, recruit nurse anesthetists and obtain sales leads. All government agencies and government hospitals fall under the Technical Exhibits category. Exhibitors must obtain the proper licensing to take orders and conduct sales at their booth. Information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Market Research

$2,300 per 10' x 20' in-line or corner booth

Market Research exhibit booths will be 10' x 20' to allow adequate space for questionnaire completion.

Exhibitors must adhere to all regulations and must also observe the following:

  • Questionnaires must be submitted to SLACK Incorporated 30 days in advance of the meeting for approval.
  • Questionnaires must be able to be completed in 10 minutes or less, and a sign must be placed in the exhibit booth stating length of the survey.
  • Neither the name nor the logo of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists may be used on questionnaires.
  • The sponsoring companies need not be revealed, although no misrepresentation should be made.
  • Sponsors must be identified on the application to exhibit and the information will be kept confidential.
  • Exhibits must be staffed at all times and all solicitations and surveys must be conducted within the confines of the booth.
  • Personnel must remain in the booth until 10:00 am Tuesday, August 12.
